The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the beach. Quince Cottage had character, comfort, and a sunny back garden. the Wi-Fi worked well and we even managed to log into Netflix on the TV. There were day trips to the Broads, Cromer, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth. a highly recommended stay.
Felt spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

My recent stay at Quince Cottage was simply delightful. The charming property had a lot of character and was situated in a peaceful, rural area. The kitchen and living room were fantastic, and I particularly appreciated the heated dryer for our clothes. The secure garden was perfect for our dog to roam around, and the outlook onto the fields was simply breathtaking. The location was also ideal, with Ludham and Potter Heigham just a short walk away. It was the perfect base to explore the beautiful surrounding areas such as the Broads, Cromer, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth. I highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
One small drawback was the creaky floorboards in the house, which made it quite noisy when anyone walked on them. This was a bit of a nuisance, especially during the night when it would wake everyone up if someone had to use the toilet.

Felt very welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

We got great value for our money at Quince Cottage. The room was cosy and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed already provided, like toilet rolls and washing up liquid. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the Broads, Cromer, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth on day trips. The staff, especially Amanda, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, recommending great places to eat and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The back garden was a lovely suntrap, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, even allowing us to stream Netflix on the TV. Highly recommended.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a little improvement in terms of options.

Ideal location for day trips. Peaceful and pretty with comfy and cosy furnishings. Well, equipped and clean. Prosecco and biscuits upon arrival. Quince Cottage provided a lovely garden and terrace where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The free WiFi was a bonus, although it unfortunately meant I couldn't fully escape from the world.
Oh no, they had towels available! How awful, now I didn't have an excuse to bring my own and feel superior.

Quince Cottage is my go-to place in Potter Heigham. Staff suggested dining spots during my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, off-site car park, dryer, electric kettle, cookware. The mini golf, hiking, and fishing options are great. I'll be back for Easter!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming cottage in a peaceful location. The facilities were top-notch and the secure garden was perfect for my dog. The location was ideal, with both Ludham and Potter Heigham just a short walk away. The neighbors were friendly and the countryside surroundings were perfect for leisurely dog walks. The cottage itself was cozy and tastefully furnished, and I appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture of prosecco and cookies. The cottage also came stocked with all the essentials, making my stay hassle-free.
Although the cottage was lovely, I did experience a few inconveniences. The floorboards and doors were quite squeaky, which could be disruptive at night.

The rooms were great and perfectly prepared and equipped. Fantastic kitchen and living room! the cottage was quaint and comfortable, with a peaceful and pretty location. the garden was great and the beds were comfy. the host was very responsive and wood for the wood burner was available. We enjoyed the rural area and the fact that the property was well furnished. the Prosecco and biscuits on arrival were a nice touch, and the bedding was of good quality.
Some aspects of our stay were not ideal. the creaky floorboards and doors made it difficult for light sleepers, and the windows were fiddly to open and close.

We had a delightful stay at Quince Cottage. The peaceful location and pretty surroundings were a perfect escape. We appreciated the well-equipped and extremely clean property. The thoughtful touch of Prosecco and biscuits on arrival added a special touch. The comfortable and cosy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The good quality bedding ensured a restful night's sleep.
One minor downside was the slightly creaky floorboards, which may not be ideal for light sleepers. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was only tepid, which was a bit disappointing.
